1. Refund Eligibility

At finten.space, operated by FOP Valerii Demidov, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we have established this refund policy to address such situations fairly and transparently.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased, the project stage, and the specific terms outlined in your service agreement. Generally, refunds may be available if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services or if there are significant issues with the quality of work that cannot be resolved through our standard revision process.

  • Service not delivered as per the agreed timeline and specifications
  • Significant quality issues that remain unresolved after revisions
  • Cancellation before project commencement (subject to cancellation fees)
  • Technical issues on our end preventing service delivery
  • Mutual agreement to terminate the project

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at help@finten.space with your order details, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation. We will review your request within 5-7 business days and respond with our decision.

If your refund is approved, we will process it according to the original payment method. Please note that the refund amount may be adjusted based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation or the issue encountered. We calculate partial refunds based on project milestones completed and resources already allocated.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain services and fees are non-refundable due to their nature or because resources have already been committed. We make every effort to clearly communicate these limitations before you engage our services.

Non-refundable items include consultation fees for completed sessions, project discovery and planning phases that have been delivered, custom work that has been specifically created for your project, third-party licenses or services purchased on your behalf, and any deliverables that have been provided and accepted.

  • Custom design work, code, or content already delivered
  • Services rendered more than 30 days ago
  • Initial deposit fees (may be partially refundable based on work completed)

4. Project Cancellations

If you need to cancel a project, we understand that business needs can change. The refund amount for a cancelled project will depend on the project stage and the work completed at the time of cancellation.

For projects cancelled before work begins, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any initial consultation or setup fees. For projects in progress, refunds will be calculated based on milestones completed, resources allocated, and any third-party costs incurred. We encourage early communication if you're considering cancellation so we can find the best solution.

  • Before project start: Full refund minus setup/consultation fees
  • During planning phase: 75% refund of remaining balance
  • During development (0-25% complete): 60% refund of remaining balance
  • During development (26-50% complete): 40% refund of remaining balance
  • More than 50% complete: No refund, but we can work on a resolution
  • Completed projects: No refunds available

5. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, we process it as quickly as possible. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

For credit card payments, refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing. For wire transfers or international payments, it may take up to 15 business days. If you don't see your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider first, as processing times can vary. If issues persist, reach out to us at help@finten.space.

Please note that we can only refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. If that payment method is no longer available, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
